Ian Gover has focused his career on helping global organizations design and deploy integrated work environment solutions to take advantage of the opportunities presented by the "new work realities". In his most recent enterprise role, Ian was Senior Director for the Open Work Services Group at Sun Microsystems Inc. While at Sun, he was directly responsible for all aspects of strategy, design and architecture of Sun's integrated work environment that supports 35,000 employees, located in 55 countries around the world. Ian is currently working with private / public sector organizations and communities to design the technical, organizational, and workplace solutions that support the evolving requirements of the today's workforce. He is an alumni of the Human Capital Management Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Consulting and holds a Master of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York. |
